I’ve been curious if keeping track of moods actually makes a difference. Lately my days feel like they blur together, and I don’t always notice when stress builds up until it’s too late. I started jotting down feelings in the evenings, nothing fancy, just quick notes. It surprised me how often I wrote “tired” or “overwhelmed,” even on days I thought were fine. Makes me wonder if having a clearer picture of those patterns can really change how I handle things day to day.
