I used to think my attention span was getting worse with all the scrolling and short videos, but lately I’ve noticed something different. I think that shift in perspective is important. If we see attention as limited, we stress over wasting it. But if we see it as something flexible and trainable, it changes how we approach daily life. Even small engagements can add energy, as long as they’re balanced with time to process and rest. That balance seems to matter more than the length of focus itself.
