Directions
 
1 | FILL Brush the brows upward with the spoolie to really see the shape and natural directions of hair growth. Lightly apply the Eyebrow Pencil product in an upward motion starting at the front of the brow. As you reach the arch to tail area, gradually build up product while following the natural directions of hair growth. 
 
2 | DEFINE Apply the Eyebrow Defining Gel Clear by brushing the hairs in an upward motion sorting out brows to your desired fullness. Once the hairs are brushed up, brush the tops of the hairs over. Leave the front of the eyebrow brushed up for a fuller natural look. 
 
3 | HIGHLIGHT Apply the Chella Highlighter Pencil along the arch under your eyebrow as well as just above the arch to tail area. Blend the highlighter below the eyebrow downwards towards the eyelid using the Chella Dual Blending Brush Blend the highlighter above the arch down toward the tail of the eyebrow.
 
Pro Tip: The brow should be light and natural in the front and gradually get darker.
